Recommended Method of Cooking the Broccoli:

Boiling the broccoli is not recommended as boiling washes away up to 90% of the valuable nutrients from broccoli. The broccoli should better be cooked by steaming, roasting, stir-frying, and microwaving, this helps in preserving the nutrients of the broccoli. And a nutrient preserved broccoli will offer all the best of it to you and your baby. The broccoli may also be offered as a veggie soup but caution should be exercised while adding salt to the soup as the same not recommended for babies.

Offering broccoli to your baby will help your baby in his or her brain development. The broccoli also helps in rendering cognitive strength in the babies. Besides, the baby will also have a strong immune system which will further help him/her to remain away from general sickness or diseases.
