The nausea or vomiting also known as morning sickness especially in the first trimester of the pregnancy is common. Relax and rest after taking foods but avoid lying flat. Follow relaxing postures to make you feel relaxed and have less anxiety. Don’t expose yourself to the stressful conditions. Taking stress will also make you feel sick and vomit.
